Astro 3475 is a two-part epoxy potting and encapsulation compound, formulated for high thermal resistance, thermal conductivity, and excellent thermal cycling endurance. This system’s thermal conductivity helps to improve long-term thermal management of the compound and adjacent structures.
Astro 3475 is frequently used as a potting and encapsulation compound for “capping” and insulating high voltage stator series loop connections on bar-wound generators.
