Astro 3601 is a lightweight flame-resistant epoxy potting compound designed for aircraft interior applications, including cabin components and structural sandwich panels. It combines low density with strong mechanical performance and stringent flammability compliance.
With a simple 4:1 mix ratio and a consistency optimized for smooth application, Astro 3601 is designed to be easy to handle in production while supporting neat placement and finishing.
It is formulated without the use of halogens, and is free from carcinogens, mutagens, and reprotoxins (Non-CMR) to support EHS compliance.
