Astro 6204 is a two-part, room-temperature-curing epoxy system formulated as a highly filled sealant and finishing putty for durable, high-performance applications.
Widely used in large generator and motor applications, it is ideal for sealing and smoothing brazed bars, bare bars, and connection rings by filling voids prior to insulation taping. Its excellent smoothing properties also make it well-suited for repairing stator bar insulation, helping ensure long-term reliability.
