6269
Astro 6269 is a medium viscosity, general purpose two-part epoxy system with excellent thermal stability and chemical resistance. Used to coat, saturate and bond in electronic and electrical applications to provide dielectric insulation, mechanical strength, and physical protection.
Astro 6269 is typically used to saturate glass stranding and felt in the structural tying and blocking of end-windings; to bond layers of insulating tape; and to coat stator end-windings as a dielectric flooding varnish.
